A family member asked to apply for planning permission in my name because I meet the housing need requirement and they don’t.

The house would be for them, not for me.
They’re offering me a sum for doing it and have mentioned that first time buyer grant supports could also be involved.

Before I get proper legal advice, Im wondering

Should I be concerned?
Could it affect future planning applications I make myself?
Could it affect first time buyer status or future grants?
Could there be legal, tax, or mortgage implications?
Is there anything else I should be thinking about?
Has anyone come across a similar situation or know what the downsides might be?

For context I’m a 20 year old in 2nd year of college living at home.
