I was walking my dog a while ago (around Jan) early in the morning at a local university campus.

The campus is in a city with no woodland nearby, only houses and roads.

On the campus, there is a small patch of trees that back on to a road of houses. As I walked through there I saw a fully grown deer stood staring at me before running off.

Does this have a spiritual meaning? If so, what would it be?
