So uhhh… Mettaton x Napstablook might be a budding guilty pleasure ship of mine, I certainly like their dynamic as cousins and friends idk about lovers yet, but I like fanart where Mettaton is being his usual flirty outgoing self and Napstablook is a blushing messs >~<

And I really need to up my “don’t look at the comments” skill because I swear to god every time these two show even the most chase, familial affection to each other, there are these gRATING, AGITATING COMMENTS about “THEY’RE COUSINS!! THEY’RE COUSSSINNNS!!” As if the artist or audience didn’t know that already; as if THAT ISN’T THE FUCKING APPEAL!!! (Also see my previous rant about how affection between family members doesn’t automatically mean incest. But even if it did, well… that don’t automatically mean we condone that shit irl if we draw it)

I’m not that much of an incest enjoyer but I can tell that cousins or siblings or parent and child hugging or cuddling or even KISSING in some situations does not automatically mean “incest,” and it fucking boggles me that some people… apparently don’t know that. HAVE THEY EVER GOTTEN KISSED GOODNIGHT BY THEIR OWN MOTHER?!?! OR A BEAR HUG FROM THEIR DAD?!?! NOTHING LIKE THAT?!?!! I mean… honestly I would be raising if relatives that are supposedly “close” didn’t have that kind of affection at all tbh.

Side note: I need to improve my “Don’t Even Look At The Comments” skill on Pintrest, esp. Undertale Pintrest.
