Is this coughing? (Cat)

https://lensdump.com/v/cPMs2o

I'm trying to decide how upset to be at my vet. My cat is 16. Generally in good health considering her age and history. She has a severe heart murmur which gets noted every time we go to the vet. She developed what I thought were asthma attacks - not often, maybe 2-3 times a week, and I took her in in October to get checked out. They seemed to agree, and gave her a steroid shot to see if there was any improvement as a nebuliser isn't an option for her as she's very skittish and won't let anyone touch her face.

Fast forward to last week, I take her in as she's been slowly losing weight and wasn't eating much. All bloods normal bar abnormal proBNP. ECG shows her heart is, lightly put, fairly fucked. She's on beta blockers and diuretics now.

But should this have been considered coughing and a test done sooner for her heart considering her age and the noted murmur?

Dilemma on what direction to lay floors!

I am getting Balterio laminate laid through my hallway and 2 bedrooms. I believe the "right" way to lay the floor is perpendicular to the windows. However, the hallway has no windows. One fitter said he would lay the planks lengthways along the hallway, and thus the "wrong" way into the bedrooms.

The rooms themselves are fairly square, which was that fitter's logic. What do you guys think? I think I would prefer the planks lengthways in the hall, they were horizontal originally and always looked a bit naff to me.
