What is that

I’ve always had this weird bump-shaped arms and it particularly shows on photos. I don’t know if it’s my triceps, my shoulders or something else but it looks bad and I’ve never seen anyone else with arms like that. I am not overweight either and I usually train regularly even though not a lot.

Can someone tell me what’s wrong with the upper part of my arms and if some exercises could help make them look leaner / less crooked?

Travelling UK -> France via Amsterdam with an EU Pet Passport

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some real-world feedback or advice from anyone who has travelled from the UK back to the EU with a pet under similar circumstances.

Here is my exact situation:

  • I am flying from Leeds (LBA) to Lyon (LYS) via Amsterdam (AMS) with KLM on July 5th, with my cat in the cabin.
  • My cat has a valid French EU pet passport.
  • His latest rabies vaccine (Biocan R) was done within the EU (Budapest, Hungary) on 02/12/2025 and is valid until 02/12/2026.
  • Absolutely no booster jabs or vet treatments have been done in the UK.

According to my understanding of the official rules, since it’s a valid EU passport with a valid EU-administered rabies vaccine, it counts as an EU "re-entry" and the passport itself should be enough. I shouldn't need to shell out £100+ for a British Animal Health Certificate (AHC) or a SIVEP certificate.

However, I called KLM customer service, and the agent insisted I must get a UK AHC just because the flight departs from the UK. To make matters worse, I called the French customs, who got confused and told me I needed a SIVEP certificate, which seems odd for a single pet in a cabin.

I've just emailed the Dutch authorities (NVWA) at Schiphol since Amsterdam will be our first point of entry into the EU, but I am stressing out.

Has anyone recently flown out of the UK with an EU passport and an EU rabies jab? Did the airline staff at check-in give you a hard time? Did you manage to board and enter the EU territory with just the EU passport?

Thanks a lot for your help!
