I feel like i could be doing much better, sometimes i just cant see the changes or differences especially when i'm not pumped.
Is this good physique for 8 months? And what would you suggest to someone like me? Keep bulking ? What parts should i focus more on? What exercices should i do?
I'll be grateful for your answers

Or actually, I don’t need it by the end of the summer, just in general how many do I need to do to achieve it as fast as possible? Thanks, have a great day!

I'm just extremely self conscious about it and I never see any butts that look like mine. 😔
It's just so square and odd looking.
If anyone could throw advice my way, I'd appreciate it. I just want a normal looking round booty!
I am 51 and weigh about 170.
Hey guys I’m 20M and I like to have a snatched and more feminine body. I know the pic doesn’t show my body properly but that’s all I can do until I feel more confident lol. I’m open to recommendations and would love to have a gymbro to motivate me daily!!
My goals atm is chasing aesthetics tbh, v lines, more defined abs, chest , glutes and great flexibility and fitness overall.
Tysmm
i have super thin arms and i’m tired of it. they look really ugly and i want to grow muscle on them and make them look good. please share some tips on how to do so. also please let me know when i might achieve the result. what excercise should i do this summer to get rid of my thin arms by september?? PLEASE HELP.
For the past three or four years, I mainly focused on toning my body, with a couple of 6 month periods of focusing on gaining muscle, but this year I'm going to try and mainly focus on building muscle. My overall goal is gaining muscle and strength, both for my own self-confidence and to try and be more healthy and active.
For my routine, I go to the gym about three or four times a week, two or three sessions working on either chest or arms, with one session being strictly cardio and glutes (also recently started working on core slightly). I use Optimum Nutrion creatine (twice daily except on weekends) and whey protein (used during my non-cardio workout. I do 4 sets with incremental weights, doing about 15 reps each set.
The pictures here are as follows: 1st pic, taken an hour ago. 2nd pic, taken April 1st this year. 3rd pic, taken October 23rd last year.
Is there anything I should/could be doing to improve? Whether that's doing more sessions each week, focusing more on one muscle group than another, or anything else. Any and all advice and recommendations is appreciated. Thanks gym lads.
I’m 6’0 228lb. I’ve made a lot of progress with my fitness (I used to weigh 330lb with no visible muscle whatsoever) but now I’m much healthier and love to lift. I’ve gained a lot of confidence with time but I still find it difficult to see my body with an objective lens. I often see the same fat guy I once was.
How would you describe my body type?
Will my muscles be pretty visible?(I am a 16 year old 58 kg guy) and will my arms and shoulders be bigger?
Hello! I'm 23M, 180cm, 51kg. And really insecure about my build (to be more accurate, lack of it). Well, sometimes I like it, some features are really nice to me but most of the times it is just ridiculous😭 And unhealthy - I already have awful posture and there is basically nothing to support my spine which will cause issues in the future if I won't fix it timely. I tried to start working out at home couple of times (was actively doing it when i was 14 but, well, I was 14), but never went farther than a week. I struggle with gaining weight, have no idea how to count calorie intake, and all the workout plans deeply confuse me. Like, only for posture (which is one of my biggest issues) I have seen at least 20 different routiens on social media. Which one to choose and which one to stick up to?😭 I would not want to start going to gym right away, prefer to gain some weight and at least basic muscle at home and then maybe hit gym for further goals/maintaining the shape. I do not strive to be like buff or something, just would love broader shoulders, more defined neck, chest, arms (would not wish for big biceps either), glutes, thighs and calves. Weight goal is 65-75 kgs I guess.
Is it even realistic for me given my age? I often tend to think it's too late to begin since my whole body is already developed😭
Thanks in advance for any advice!
P.S. could not manage to take any better pics and could not take any pics of back at all
Hey guys so i am a 23y Male 5’11. I lifted in high school and stopped after graduating for a while. after trying to figure out what to do with my life i landed on being a firefighter. I am currently trying to train for the job as I know it’s demanding. I also just want to improve my health and fitness for my self.
I will put some reference photos down below but ive gone up and down my whole life. my best shape was at 16/17 i was 225. then by 19/20 I was 275. I gained alot of weight during covid. right now last time i weighed myself i was 320. i started doing 20 pushups 20 situps every morning and a 30 minute bike ride every night. and trying to be in a calorie deficit. I can tell i have lost weight but dont like stepping on scales (i get in my head too much).
What I want to know is whats the best way i can get into the athletic build for firefighting along with maintaining muscle. because i know theres a certain formula to retain muscle while losing weight. so im going to try and do that. just need some advice on what the best lifting methods are.
I am confused where to start and what to do?? Any advice appreciated
6"1
75kg
16-17% body fat percentage
I have been bulking for 3-4 months and now have reached 75 kilos my original plan was to bulk to 78 kg but I am finding it extremely hard to bulk rn and I really wanna see some abs
I'm transitioning from a 6-day PPL split to a 5-day routine because I've realised I'd prefer having two rest days instead of one. The problem is that I'm struggling to decide on the best split.
A lot of people recommend Push / Pull / Legs / Upper / Lower, but I'm concerned that the Upper and Lower days might not provide enough volume for each muscle group.
For those of you who train 5 days per week:
For context, my main goal is hypertrophy muscle size mass (not really in it for strength just aesthetics), and I've been running a 6-day PPL up until now.
Thanks everyone!
Hi,
I want to change my physique so badly. I wake up and hate how I look with or without a shirt and I wanna make a change.
I am for context 5’7, and 50 kilograms. I know I am underweight with a BMI of around 18? However, at my weight, I am dissatisfied with the amount of stomach and face fat I have. I have been stalling and spinning my wheels in the gym for maybe 6-8 months with no real strength gains.
Initially, I tried a bulk however I noticed I gained mostly fat and ended up cutting it short. To fix it, I then was running a slight deficit to hopefully cut off the body fat and while it has worked, I don’t know what to do. Any advice? I want to escape this purgatory.
Hi all,
I’m after a bit of advice, I’ve been cutting since the start of March and started at 88kg and now 70kg. (I’m 26, 5 ft 7)
I’ve read everywhere that you should stop cutting when you can see your abs, but I can barely see my and I’m not sure if I can’t see them because I haven’t trained them enough or because I’ve still got too much fat.
Should I continue to cut or start a lean bulk and then cut again later to get more definition.
I’m keen to stop cutting at some point soon because to lose the last 2kg I had to lower my calories to 1400 and do a lot of cardio and as a result I always feel super faint.
Started cutting 5 weeks ago and trying to work out what my bf % is now. Thanks in advance!
I have been cutting for the past 3 months 83.5kg->73.5kg and I wanna know what I should do now and what my bodyfat probably is (in all these pictures I am tensing)
