172cm / 60kg Beginner Specific routine advice for chest and legs?

Hey everyone,
I’ve been pretty insecure about my body my whole life, especially my chest and legs. I recently started hitting the gym to finally change that.
Right now, I’m 172cm and weigh 60kg.
I’m looking for some honest advice what should I be focusing on or trying to improve? Does my current physique/body look good?
Appreciate any tips or feedback you guys have!

Chest development advice

39M/5'9"/165 lbs. Always had a saggy side boob that I've hated. Just coming off a 12 week cut dropping from 185 > 165 and noticing a little more definition on the outer pec from the fat loss. Desperately need my body to go back to maintenance for a few months before I attempt another cut but in the meantime, what exercises can I focus over that period of time on to target that outer pec development? Home gymer so I dont have any machines but I do have a barbell, dumbells, cable, rack, kettlebells, bands in my arsenal.

What do I do

Just started training again after stopping for 2 years. Been consistent again for about 2 months or so. Was 220 down to 209 and definitely seeing some noticeable gains and weight loss. But I have this crease on my stomach, I’ve literally had it for as long as I can remember. It’s always been just whatever to me but I’m starting to take this seriously again and I want it gone. I’ve tried in the past to no avail. Any one else in my shoes or has been. Any advice or help is much appreciated

Where to go next

5’11 about 162lbs. I’ve been stuck in the endless cut and bulk loop for 4 years (highest was 180, lowest was 150). I started out skinny fat at 150 so I bulked kind of aggressively to 180 then cut down to 165. Now I’m kind of debating if I should truly cut to abs and be skinny or lean bulk back to 175 and reassess

I feel like I'm in a skinny fat stage but mostly fat

Been kinda working out for 2 years but recently actually feel like I've been pushing myself harder, I was 110 kg 2 years ago and now I'm at 80 but I've hit a plateau and can't figure out what to do, diet ? Work out more ? Cardio ? Feel a bit los

Headaches

Every time I workout or go up a flight of stairs I get a killer headache in the back of my head does anyone know what this could possibly be and what to do it make it go away? It sometimes hurts so bad I have to leave the gym because I can’t deal with it.

M 25 | 6'1 | 195 Lbs

i had a hard time to get/see my Abs because i lost 165 Lbs but all this hard work and "waiting" paid off.

there is still a long way to go but i can definitely see the light on the end of the tunnel. so to everyone else who struggles... it's really a thing of consistency and patience 🫶💪

Is this workout good for a 'Brad Pitt Fight Club' look?

Male, 24, very lean and fit.

Workout I have put together.

3x A Week Muscles

Ts, Ws, Ys @ prone 2x10

Lat Pull Down 12x3

Chest Press 12x3

Low Row Seated 12x3

Set up box 15x2

Hip Bridge 10x3

Leg press 12x3

Pullover 3x15

Shoulder Press 12x3

Planks 60 seconds x3

3 sets of pushups (around 25)

Hanging Knee Raises 12x3

Dumbbell lateral raises 12x3

Added 2 Days of Cardio (average 7.5 km/h) around 30-45 minutes

And eat little, healthy and protein based.
