Guidance on routine

This is pretty close to what I do some times a swap the single arm rows for chest supported rows and I have cut back on the cable rows to 4 sets and I added 8 sets of abs on leg day. I feel like I’m kinda at a plateau. Flat bench I have been stuck at 225 for 7 for a couple of months dead’s have I haven’t been pushing hard last max was 415 but it was every drop I had to get it up. Squats I’m working my way up to do 5x5 with 225. Any advice on where to change stuff up and what I’m doing wrong? I also am on 200mg trt and I eat 200g protein and have been around 2800 cals I’m 19.9 % bf as of a few months ago

Cutting

Hi all I have been trying cut. I have been bulking for a maybe 4 months and have gained about 25 lb I’m sitting at 205 in the morning. I have been really struggling to stay at 2200 calories and was considering taking small dose of Reta or sema to help take the hunger or food noise. I am active and lift 6 days a week I am making sure I get 200 to 230 gram protein and I weigh and track all my food but I really struggle with getting like manic hunger at night. I’m 5’11” and ai says 22%bf and on low dose test. My wife is on sema and so o have it on hand and Reta is a bit more pricey but would I lose more muscle on sema then Reta? I wanna maintain as much as possible and get down to around 12 to 15% bf and then start a slow clean bulk to put on more muscle
