I'm looking for someone to take over my lease this year at Crawford Falls. It's a 4/4 and everyone has their own bed and bath.
It's a great apartment. 3 other roommates are easy-going guys. Let me know if you are interested. Rent is $820/mo all utilities included. New lease starts in Aug., but if you want it for June &July too, rent is only $800/ mo for those two months.
