Hi, I recently have Grant installed by Octopus. It uses ecoNET24 app to control. Until last 2 days, the heating is not fired due to mild weather. My temperature setting is 21/Day, 18/Night. Last two days, I can see the temperature is maintained at 21 all night from the ecoNET24 app. Does anyone know why? And I also couldn't find any information/setting about what exactly is night period. Can it be modified? Before I call Octopus support, just check whether someone here know the answer. Thanks.
