SBI Branch manager scammed me to get a ULIP and abused when I confronted her
So I have my salary account in SBI. I went for getting a locker in my branch but there was a waiting list. My branch manager called me in her office and offered me a locker without waiting period as she said I have a good relationship with the branch. But after 10 mins, she called in the guy who sells ULIP and he pitched us the whole thing. I refused to get one and asked her to open against FD or security amount. She very politely claimed that ULIP is mandatory to open a locker in this case ( she said she's giving away the locker she blocked for herself and shit )
I agreed to start ULIP at that moment as she actually forced me to. Once I reached home, I did some research and found out that this is against RBI policies. I called her today and she started screaming at me that you're putting allegations on me . I have customers worth crores. I don't care of you close your account. People can open account with 100 rupees. YOU WASTED MY TIME was her exact words
Now I want to know, what are the legal actions I can take against her and will I face any issue to get involved in this fight with a branch manager?
What's the best way to handle this situation as she was very disrespectful.
