🚨 CONSPIRACY 🚨 Kid going around businesses asking for $40 for church
While at work today, a little girl and women crept all the way past the front deck, past offices, into our break room (we must’ve left the door slightly unlocked). They claimed to be from some church and the little girl had a whole speech memorized, asking for $40 for some event. After we told them we weren’t interested we escorted them out. Everyone just had a weird feeling about them and we went around asking neighboring businesses if they came to pitch them too. They said yes and that’s where we got the picture of the flyer they handed out to people that donated.
No information about the church, not even the name “Tour De Austin” search gives you nothing And don’t even bother trying to find Pastor Ben Thompson that’s not from Australia
Have they pitched you? Has anyone heard of these guys? Are they legit or is there something bigger at play?
