Happens only under heavy load. The brick does not get hot, its only the metalic tip you insert into the laptop.

Edit: Its a MSI GE77HX. As I said, holding the tip for more than 3 seconds would actually give me a burn. Happens in heavy games like CK3, gets cold quickly after closing it. It gets 300W
