White spots on foam?
I have an XE-7 and just got an XD-5. When the 5 arrived, I noticed some white spots on the light seal foam. I thought it was mold so I just cleaned it off with a teensy bit of alcohol. Now I notice the XE-7 has it too. And just about every Minolta of that era I see with an open door photo on eBay has it.
My other cameras don’t have it, including similarly aged.
Is it a Minolta foam thing?
