Right split screen window returning to its original size after performing an action.

Hey everyone, I am dealing with an incredibly frustrating split screen bug on Windows and nothing I have tried so far is fixing it.

The Issue:
Whenever I use Windows Snap Assist to put windows into a split-screen layout, they stay in place initially. However, the exact moment I perform an action inside the right window, like clicking a link, opening a new tab in Chrome or Edge, or just clicking around, the window automatically kicks itself out of split-screen and resizes back to its original, unsplit window size
It is user-profile specific. If I log out and log into a completely different user account on the exact same PC, split screen works perfectly fine. No resizing, no bugs. The left window also works completely fine.

I have already tried toggling all settings in Settings, System, Multitasking, Snap Windows. On, off, or changing sub-checkboxes, but they all do nothing.

My Windows OS build number is 26200.8246

Has anyone encountered this specific profile bug before? Instead of completely abandoning this user account and migrating my data to a new one, is there a deep registry fix or profile repair tool that can fix how Windows handles clicks inside snapped windows?

Thanks in advance!
