Possible lily poisoning
I am 18
We are from New Zealand
We have rung our vet who have told us to monitor him
My cats sex is male
He is neutered
I cannot afford vet care
He is 2.5 Years old
On Mother’s Day my mum received lily’s at the time it never clicked to me they were lily’s I know stupid, I noticed what may have been some pollen by my cats ear today he is a fully black cat so it was hard to tell I wiped it off straight away then it clicked to me they were lily’s and are poisonous and got rid of them straight away. I’ve tried to convince my mum to take him to the vet she thinks he will be fine. He has shown no symptoms at all and I don’t think he ate or bit them considering they have been in the house for 6 days I think he might be in the clear any advice would help thank you!
