Hey Everyone,

I am first time mom, pregnant with my miracle baby. I had my anatomy scan around 21 weeks that showed my crevix was extremely short 0.7 cm/ 7mm, and 2 cm dilated had emergency cerclage done. I am so scared after that I am on complete bed rest but have few questions I hope someone cane help me -

1. I never got any antibiotics and I have read there are high risk for infection should I be worried?

2. is preterm labor expected ? my OB with every appointment is scaring me by saying its very complicated your membranes can rupture and you might will go to early labor.

3. how is the success rate of cerclage ?
