I requested documents, specifically my Certificate of Enrollment, through the OSRA website. I have also been using the tracking feature on the website to check the status of my request. Upon checking recently, the status indicates “Ready for Pick-Up.” May I ask if I should wait for an email notification from the UST Registrar, or if I may already proceed with claiming the document since it is marked as ready on the system?
