My cheeks are very red and dry.

I'm half Irish, I live in a very dry cold climate, and I currently vape a ton. I have been trying to drink more water. I used to live in the tropics and like the goblin I was, didn't use sunscreen for years and decimated my skin.

I have basically no skin care routine, besides slapping whatever random moisturizer I find on sometimes. My skin is dry af and I very rarely wash it cause it dries it out more.

What's causing the redness and what's a woman to do?
