I go from 20hrs to 3 in a blink of a couple weeks man i’m so tired of this store

there’s casuals in my department (service) who aren’t even getting rostered at ALL because managers roster the 16yrs old 7 times a week to cut costs 😬

wish i could get another job but the market sucks rn. trying my absolute best 💔
