
SOLUTION: For emailed invoices failing to send
In recent days I’ve had a surge of invoices that I just generated failing to send (from an iOS tablet). Happens in both chrome and safari. Instead of the ‘preview email’ screen loading, it just goes to a mostly blank screen and then even when backing out to the home page the invoice stays stuck in a “Cannot send, try again later” status.
The solution that is working for me is to edit the URL to end with …/app/ as shown above. This kicks me back to the home page, but then the invoice will send without problems. It took me way too much time looking for a workaround, but this seems to consistently work. I hope this helps someone else.
