DOL in Washington changed rules
So I have an odd situation. I received a DUI back in 2016. I completed the interlock requirement, probation, etc. However, just now doing the treatment. I was doing treatment at one place and they only did night classes which I found difficult because I work at night. I was discharged once from there which resulted in a license suspension. I enrolled and got back into compliance at same center and was able to get my liscense back just like that. However due to work again, I was discharged again and not allowed to reenroll. I found another center in the city which has more convenient classes and was put back into compliance. However due to my license being suspended again, they are saying I have to complete the six month program to get my license back? What happened here?
