Help! Just bought a 2014 ford focus with sync 2. Nav didn't work, just a compass on the screen.

Looked in the arm rest and no sd card! Bought an f12 card, inserted and still no nav.

Cat is a titanium model so should have nav activated. Screen doesn't say insert sd card, and have checked the map card on a laptop and all files appear to be present.

Card is an Ali express special.

Sync is on version 3.10, yet ford site says it's on 3.7 and on the latest?

Any ideas how to get the nav working please?
