Has anyone checked out Palladio Presidential Suites by Vilas Javdekar?
Came across this new riverfront luxury project at Balewadi and honestly the architecture looks quite impressive compared to most Pune launches lately.
The project is called Palladio Presidential Suites by Vilas Javdekar Developers. Looks like they’re positioning it more towards premium/luxury buyers with larger 3, 4 & 5 BHK residences and a proper riverfront frontage.
Location seems strong too considering Balewadi High Street, Baner and Hinjewadi connectivity.
Has anyone visited the site yet or checked pricing?
