I literally can't get into a game, every time it finds one it just kicks me out and the same message appears, which I've sent below, I've installed/uninstalled the game multiple times to no avail, and when I made a ticket in support I never got a response, it's been well over 2 days and I've still gotten a word back, I'm not sending this to hate the support team, just putting this out there incase someone knows what to do

Every time I try get in a lobby it boots up normally but once I find a game and actually try to join the game just kicks me,This has been happening for weeks, I've deleted and re downloaded the game multiple times to no avail, my connection is fine because I'm still able to play other online games with a stable connection, how can I fix this?
