

Paid ₹25,488 for Magnific Premium+ Annual Plan but my account still shows Free after 6+ hours
Hi everyone,
I'm posting here because I'm hoping someone has experienced this before or someone from the Magnific team might see it.
I purchased the Magnific Premium+ Annual subscription.
Today
Here are the details:
• Original price: ~₹31,000
• Coupon applied successfully
• Final amount charged: ₹25,488
• Payment method: SBI Debit Card
• Merchant shown in my bank: MAGNIFIC
• Bank transaction status: SUCCESS
During checkout:
- I entered the OTP successfully.
- After payment, the checkout page never redirected to a "Payment Successful" page.
- It stayed on the same payment page.
- When I clicked Proceed again, it requested another OTP.
- I did NOT enter the second OTP.
A few minutes later I checked my bank account and ₹25,488 had already been debited.
I also received the "Here's what Premium+ gives you" email from Magnific.
However...
• My Magnific account still shows the FREE plan.
• I have no active subscription.
• It's now been more than 6 hours.
I've already emailed support@magnific.com and submitted a support request.
Has anyone experienced this?
If yes,
• How long did it take to resolve?
• Did support manually activate your subscription?
• Was there anything else you had to do?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
