Hello, I am looking for a book of training plans and/or workouts - with reasoning on ‘why’ I am doing what I am doing. I have seen a lot of books like “Advanced Marathoning” and I am not at that level. I am running my first full in October. I have a 23 min 5K, a 49 min 10K, and a 1:50 half. So not advanced, and I am not running like 50 mpw - about 15-25 during a block. Any book recommendations that fit my level as a runner? I just want to get better and learn, and use the books as a guide. Thanks!
