I have these little comedones/bumps on my chest that I’ve been noticing recently. I haven’t changed anything really in my daily life so I’m not sure what is causing it. I know they are small but sometimes they get red but overall they just are stubborn. I currently just use dove bar soap/dove sensitive body wash. I have panoxyl wash and panoxyl salicylic acid spray, would that help?

I know how bad it is to pop pimples, but I have sort of ocd when it comes to my skin I am working on. I had a very very small whitehead looking spot, so I tried to see if I could simply pop it and get the pus out. I used my fingers wrapped in paper towels, but I kept popping after no whitehead came out, only serous liquid/sebum. My spot kept filling back up and making almost a bubble of liquid so I simple couldn’t stop. I’m working on it lol. Basically I have a formal in a week and am feeling very insecure of this, so I was wondering how I can help it. (I really really regret touching my face and I can’t help but think about how great my skin looked before)
