9 dpo, positive?

I’m freaking out, and trying not to test again for 48 hours. I’m almost 39, first time TTC, currently on our 3rd cycle trying. I have a very low AMH (0.18) so figured it wouldnt be easy, but I do ovulate regularly, I even had my progesterone measured yesterday at 8 dpo and was at 19 ng/ml, but I also had q pinkish discharge yesterday that stopped. I decided to test today (against my better judgement) and I swear I see a line that appeared 3 minutes into the wait time. But chatgpt says it doesnt see a line. Is this a faint positive?

38, TCC with very very low AMH

This is our 3rd cycle trying, but recently found my AMH is 0.18. I am ovulating though and have regular short cycles (23-24 days). My progesterone yesterday was 19 ng/dl on 8 dpo, that pretty much confirms I ovulated this cycle. I have a bit of pink discharge yesterday, made no sense but got me worried. I tested today and got a vvvfl, i know its just 9 dpo but keeping my fingers crossed. I just feel like im running out of time, this would be my first baby.
