Tailwind High Carb vs. Endurance Fuel

Looking at various options for my second full at Lake Placid, and can't figure out whether Tailwind's Endurance Fuel or High Carb is the best option. Based on my ignorant reading of the nutrition label, they seem to have roughly the same carb content, with High Carb (ironically) having more sodium.

The website is a bit vague, or at least I'm too dull to figure it out. A full is certainly an endurance event (High Carb!), but it's also moderate intensity (Endurance Fuel, not to mention it's right there in the name.)

Is there a right answer, or am I over thinking this?

Title pretty much sums it up.

I'm not looking to podium, swimming around 1:55/100y without buoy or paddles; all day running pace of around 10:00/mile.

If you're interested in seeing if we'd be a good fit, let me know!
