Ticket #13540652 - Falsely banned for Ghosting/Griefing (Chat is unbinded, literal impossible)
Hello FACEIT Admins,
My ticket (#13540652) is being instantly closed by the automated bot system, which is why I am forced to write here.
I have been handed a 1-month ban for "ghosting / unsportsmanlike conduct", which is completely false. Since my last warning, I literally unbinded my text chat completely. I have not typed a single word in team chat, enemy chat, or global chat. It is physically impossible for me to have committed ghosting.
I strongly believe I was mass-reported by a toxic premade stack or angry opponents, and the automated system triggered the ban without any human verification.
Can a real human admin please look into my case, check my match logs/chat logs, and verify that I didn't write anything?
