I 18F went on a first date with 18M who payed for everything, how do I initiate paying for the second one?
So I finally had a date about a week ago with this guy (Ill just call him Jeff) I've been talking to for a couple of months, and it was actually really sweet. We had some gelato and later pizza (which in total costed about $25 I think), he both payed for even though I offered to split/pay for what I ordered. He planned the first date so I for the second one I want to invite him to the aquarium. The thing is the tickets are $40 per person. Jeff had a part time job over the summer but he currently has an internship and cant work. I do a part time job and work on the weekends so I have a consistent flow of money. I don’t want to force Jeff into spending that much money for the tickets because of how expensive they are and because he already has paid so much for me. I feel 100% comfortable with paying for his ticket but how do I offer paying for him without it sounding like I think he's broke/ making it too awkward?
