Why does RBC sell a stock at a ‘market rate’ that is well above the market price?

I cashed out a low performing mutual fund to a cash investment account to purchase a dividend etf. The stock is not a one that’s offered for free trades and I didn’t care about the $9.99 US fee. I do care that the stock that reached a high today of $57.33 but my average price per share was $58.10 on a market purchase. I don’t use RBC that much but if someone could explain how that’s possible I would like to know.

For anyone curious it was 275 shares of qqqi etf that will probably never even reach what I paid.
