Anyone’s primary symptom leg weakness?

Hospital neurologist keeps saying he doesn’t think this a MG Flare because it’s mostly his legs (he was walking two weeks ago with walker and now 2 person assist to stand or transfer). He said he thinks it’s a spine issue but we have already had mri to exclude. Primary symptoms leg weakness, double vision, and exhaustion. His blood results at were off the chart so no question he has MG. Not that I agree with the hospital neurologist but anybody have other thoughts of what we could check that might coexist with Mg manifested this way?

Always learning

My husband with MG was hospitalized with projectile vomiting (needs an endoscopy but need to get him medically stable first to reduce risks) while testing they found aspiration pneumonia. So we have been at the hospital for two weeks - iv antibiotics for pneumonia, treatment for constipation, and then trying to get him into acute rehab. His illness worsened his flare (adl 16). In the appeal process during the peer to peer the myasthnia came up and the internist said he wasn’t in crisis but did not state that he was in a flare. So my husband was denied and appeal was denied and the outside review called me today to say they were upholding UHCs position and we discussed. I explained that we were seeking rehab for the pneumonia or vomiting but to treat the exacerbated flare (currently a two person assist). Lesson learned - if admitted ask for neurology. Have them write MG Flare on everything. Can’t walk, can’t toilet, can’t stand and they are going to send him to skilled nursing. I am at my wits end

Orphan Foal

5 day old foal lost mare to colic. Doesn’t seem to like the formula we got from the local feed store - has only taken 4 oz and some water in the last 12 hours. Brand recommendations or things to help get her more accepting of the substitute?

Husband w/ MG currently hospitalized. Went in for projectile vomiting but also found aspiration pneumonia. In a non-mg patient, next step would be endoscopy. Reading on line general searches for this procedure and MG is concerning. Anyone have first or second hand experience? Thanks in advance.
