Hello I’m planning to enter a QMMC residency program po after deciding kung private or public hosp. One of the main factors talaga in choosing as first gen doc sa fam ko ay yung resident salary nila of course, but may catch, which is yung deployment program. Question, pwede po bang optional ito if mag-ssubspec training? What is the usual process? How many years ito usually. Ayoko na sana madelay if ever magdecide mag fellowship. Thank you.
