Has anyone faced an issue with the GST IMS Dashboard getting stuck on an old tax period?

My IMS Dashboard is stuck on September. GSTR-3B for September was already filed long ago, and IMS shows nothing pending for that month. However, it keeps referring to September and won't allow GSTR-2B computation for March.

When I try to file March GSTR-3B, the portal asks me to compute GSTR-2B through IMS first, but IMS won't move past September.

I've already raised a grievance with GSTN, but wanted to know if anyone else faced this issue and how it was resolved. Did GSTN fix it from the backend, or is there any workaround?
