Hello everyone i just got scammed by someone through ebay I was on the phone with ebay send them pictures they saw the item was damaged and parts stolen I told them i was doing an ic3 and if they needed it they said no that they can see that the buyer stole parts yet 3 hours later they refunded him

Anyone on here know if this is real i was looking through 1000s of cards and found 73 random different players teams basketball baseball football signed this one was one of the 73 do you think its his early signature newer or just a fake ?
