Ex-friend trying to befriend my close friends
I was very good friends with a girl, M.
Both from the same home country. We met abroad, and ended up living together.
I had one of my childhood friends, K, come to visit for about a week.
During that time, M inevitably got to know and spend time with K as she stayed in our house.
I wouldn’t say an incredibly strong friendship formed between the two of them that would’ve existed outside the context of me.
M and I ended up having a major fallout. We did not make amends.
Fast forward a year later. M moves back to the home country to the city where K has been living.
M reached out to K on social media, asking to hang out.
K felt weird about this as she knows the details of the falling out. I also felt off about this.
Just curious what other people’s thoughts are on this.
