does tax residency mean I can use NHS
As a dual citizen of US and UK I am spending some months in the UK and will be considered a resident for tax purposes. I still have property, pensions and health insurance in the US. Will I be able to enrol at an NHS doctor surgery and be eligible for NHS treatment while I am here?
