Help, my new HP Omen 16 have some problem.
So I just buy a new HP Omen 16 - ap0xxx (Ryzen 9 8945HX and RTX 5060) for about 2 months but sometime it has Display stuttering with Audio crackling. It's not usually happen but i think it occurs whenever i let it idles for too 2 to 3 mins and then start moving my mouse again, sometime it happens when i changing tabs too fast (I use Edge) and when i playing game with sudden change in graphic. I had ask Gemini and it said that maybe network driver problem because LatencyMon point out the ndis.sys is executed longer than it should be. I have try install the newest driver from HP but the problem is still there. I also used HP Hardware problem detect but it said that my laptop is fine. I dont want to send it for warranty service because it may take very long time. So if anyone has the same problem like me or has enough HP product knowledge , please give me some advice! TYSM!
