is it worth it to take more if I’m not where I’d like to be 2 hours after consumptio? or should I wait a little longer?

does anyone else get restlessness and super energetic towards the end of a trip? I was tossing and turning and stretching a lot until I could eventually fall asleep and it was sooo annoying and uncomfortable
