Terrible Management Company. Offers ridiculous rent renewal options with a 3 day deadline on a thursday evening knowing very well no one will be responding over the weekend, in addition to not responding for weeks afterwards.
We had a fire in our building a few months ago from a tenant with an illegal set of pets. Freestone came when the fire department arrived, stripped all of the security cameras (literally ripping them out of the ceiling and walls) and promptly did nothing about the damage. They now refuse to make any repairs to the building and continue to not respond to a single resident in a building of 16 units. Most of us have refused to pay rent and they still have not responded to a single email. Their phone number now takes you to Arden, a new ai chatbot that will "redirect" you to an agent only leading to a dead end of a non existent line.
