Licensed ME in PH want to work in US/Canada

I’m a licensed Mechanical Engineer from the Philippines. I’m currently waiting for APEGA’s approval letter to take the FE Mechanical exam for Canada, but my other plan is working in Washington, D.C. For anyone who have been through this experience, I wanna ask you guys a few questions. If I pass the FE exam under an APEGA authorization, can I later transfer that same passing score to the Washington, D.C. board via NCEES? Does the MyNCEES portal explicitly display that my exam is tied to APEGA? Is it realistic to look for an engineering employer to sponsor a work visa while visiting the U.S. on a visa once I have passed the FE? Appreciate any insights you can share! Thanks!
