Consultation Scheduling

Is anyone experiencing problems scheduling a consultation through the app? I have completed the intake questionnaire but when I complete it, it keeps prompting me to complete the questionnaire again. The messaging system also does not work for me.

I’m not sure if this is related to the app being down right now or if this happened to people in the past.
