I have a 5.0 rating with 94 5 star reviews but someone recently left a 1 star review saying it smelled like smoke. I’ve been getting some complaints saying 2 of my items smelled like smoke and I’m very confused because there has been no smoke around them whatsoever. Has anyone else has this happen? Is it possible the delivery drivers could have been smoking in their vehicles? If so, how do i report this? I tried to tell the one person I don’t smoke and there wasn’t smoke around their package on my end, they just got very angry and didn’t believe me. :( it was a baby item and even if i did smoke, i would never do it around baby clothes or items. thanks in advance!

Hi guys! I’m new to Forest and I’ve been using it for a little over a month. It’s really been helping me a lot! I really liked the bakery event and it was really motivating for me. When i started using the app, it was already going on and when it ended, I noticed another one didn’t start like some of my other self-care/focus type apps I use. I was just curious how often events go on? Are they all the time or just every so often! Thank you so much for your help in advance!! :)
