i got a 2006 Infiniti G35 rev up model with a few mods. What should I do next

I currently have a cold air intake, a stage 2 clutch, and a high-flow exhaust

Should I still get a plenum spacer for a rev up model and a bigger throttle body, then after get it tuned, since it never got tuned ever? Thanks
