I have like 20-25 lakhs in fd which I want to invest in some other avenues which could generate passive income and should be able to beat inflation at least.
Right now I only invest in mf(gold,silver, small cap, mid cap, large cap) by sip some 25k.
Today's run was cut short due to extreme heat and dehydration. Actual run breakdown was as follows
5 min -light jog
60 min- 5:50m/km pace
10min- 5:10m/km (goal pace)
5 min- 4:30 m/km pace
5 min- recovery jog
But I faltered in the mid 4:30 m/km split due to dehydration. Apparently I have lost around 1300 ml of sweat/fluid 😅 , other stats in comment ( Also I have used these two honey sachets during my run which made me more thirsty-bad move)
No matter how much I eat my legs look frail.
