So many spots being dug up in the city and I can't tell what its for. Some specific spots its some pole/security cam thingy being erected but the rest I can't tell for certain. Water/gas pipes or internet cables perhaps? I sent the above pic to Chat GPT and it said it looks like some sort of internet cable

This is what it said:
