I can probably spend a little more than that, but that is what I would prefer to spend on MP3 player. Any suggestions on the best options for a total beginner?

I have heard that this is much easier than an iPod and way better for beginners. I’ve never used MP3 player before. Just wondering what the best options are.
What do you guys think of the idea of a fallout game in China even if it’s under a different name, then fallout just being in the same universe and like we see whatever China’s equivalent to volt tec was and how they handled it and generally how China was compared to the US in this universe and what your average citizen did after the bombs dropped with no central government in China
