I have a client in a mental health facility who can only use headphones with a built-in SD card slot and so I’m looking for MP3 tracks or playlists that I can put onto the SD card. She does not have the money to buy several albums outright, nor does she have access to any of the streaming services. I don’t believe I can download a Spotify playlist and put it on the SD card.

I'm looking to make a purchase to get a music player, but I'm torn between what to do. I have an old 6th generation iPod classic with a corrupted hard drive, but I'm willing to replace the hard drive with a new one equipped with some microSD cards.

The issue is whether committing to the repair, or just settling on another player. I really like the design of the iPod, and my only other interests are the Innioasis Y2 and possibly the Snowsky Echo Mini/Nano.

Would it be worth the repair or just to commit to another player? If money weren't an issue I'd 100% go for the repair with multiple cards, but it is an issue, so I'm stuck.

Any advice? All I'm looking for is a relatively big memory, gapless and lossless playback, and maybe Bluetooth.

Is there a way to play Spotify (downloaded songs?) on a music player device without wifi? My son is getting by with a flip phone, but wants a music player. I don’t know where to start! Would rather it be a music player than a phone

So I wanna buy a DAP that's got:

decent build quality.

decent battery life.

supports FLAC.

A battery that doesn't expand and bloat like Hiby and Fiio

Has expandable storage (micro sd storage)

And isn't app heavy

And will last me a couple of years at least..

Sony seems to be decent quality, but i have no idea what walkman to buy and what would suit my basic DAP needs..

Hello, I work at a job where we can listen to music, podcasts, etc however there is a catch. The mp3 cannot have bluetooth capability, it can't have an SD card slot (must be internal memory) and it can't be a voice recorder. Anyway, I have an old school iPod but it crapped out on me and they used to let us listen to stuff via the computer but they have taken that ability away from us now. I know this is crazy, but any have any suggestions,

I've been looking for an hour and can't find any that don't have all of those features. I know there has to be something, any suggestions?

I've edited every song I have's metadata in mp3tag, including adding the release year, but when I export these song's files to my mp3 player, the release year consistently remains "unknown" even though other metadata updates accordingly. how can I solve this?

I am trying to figure out what MP3 player I should get. I want to start separating things from my phone, and I'm a huge music/abum head (I collect vinyl records and such). There are a few specifications I am looking for, but the internet is huge, and I have no idea where to start or what is good. Any recommendations or advice would be really appreciated.

Here are some of the things I am looking for:

1. I would like it to be decently durable because I plan on taking it camping and on other outdoor trips
2. Has the ability to group the songs into albums and maybe even artists, since I mainly plan to add my favorite albums as a whole
3. Be able to hold 5,000 songs or about 350 albums (no idea if this is too extreme or something most of them will be able to do)
4. Having two headphone jack ports and/or Bluetooth capability would be great
5. Obviously, I would like good sound quality, but it can't be anything too expensive (I'm hoping for under 150$ but 250$ max. If that price range is unreasonable, please let me know)

Hi, i’m thinking of getting a new iPod but I’m struggling to find a legitimate and safe place to buy them . I have seen a lot on sale on eBay but some of them look kinda fake and could be cheap copies. I have also seen iPods in not such a good shape and costing absurd prices.

Any idea where I can buy a good quality iPod that won’t make me go bankrupt?😭

If any of you know any alternative to apple that isn’t insanely expensive I would appreciate it.

I’m searching for a mp3 player, or DAP. I want use my phone less and missing the time of own music library’s. I want a player who’s physical buttons, no touch. For me it’s important to have a strong battery and the possibility of using Bluetooth headphones. If I be honest I want an iPod classics :D

Does an mp3 player with these qualities exist?

- good external speaker

- physical buttons + no touchscreen

- bluetooth capability

- storage of 128gb

- ability to create, modify, reorder, and shuffle playlists

- ability to download podcasts as well

- album art and lyrics? (not a dealbreaker if not)

I thought the hifi walker would work but unfortunately it doesn't have an external speaker :/
