My boyfriend has a wife (separated)
I met a guy in March who is separated and his wife lives five states away. He's 66 and I am 52, not that age should make a difference. I was separated from my ex-husband for 10 years before we finalized it. He's been separated from her for a few years and then they got back together and he retired. Now he's been away for 3 years and is back at work as a plant manager. He dated somebody in my social network for a year and a half and she moved away and now I met him and we are dating. The thing is that his wife comes to town and wants to work on saving the marriage and visit him. She's here for 13 days right now and she's coming back again the beginning of July. She stays with him. During which time I don't get to see him. They are separated but she is financially dependent on him like I was with my ex. They also have four adult children together. He has told me that he's not going to get divorced from her and in a few years he'll go back to where she lives in their house and retire again. So I'm just having fun for now as it is essentially friends with benefits. The sex is amazing and he treats me great, pays for everything, very thoughtful... The sex is amazing. I don't know if I'm the kind of person that can just enjoy it while it lasts because I develop feelings. It's a strange situation. More likely, I'm sure feedback will be to move on from him, but I've been single for quite a while and it's hard for me to find a significant other so I want to enjoy this while it lasts for some reason. What do you think about this situation?
